Anagram Scrabble is an independent website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. We reference their game names because we produce reference material and utilities for those games, which is a form of nominative fair use recognised in US and UK trademark law. Nominative fair use lets a third party reference a trademark to identify the trademark owner’s product, provided (a) the product cannot readily be identified without the mark, (b) only so much of the mark is used as is reasonably necessary, and (c) nothing implies sponsorship or endorsement by the trademark holder.

We do not sell physical Scrabble boards, tiles, or any game equipment. We do not claim official association with any Scrabble, Words With Friends, Wordscapes, or Jumble product. Our solvers use TWL06 (NASPA), Collins SOWPODS, and the Enhable Words With Friends list as sources for word validity; those are the same lists the games themselves use, but our software is our own.
